Приема ли се хеляла след смъртта на човек?

    Въпрос: Ако двама братя имат конфликти и единият умре без да е получил хелял от другия, децата на умрелия имат ли право да искат хелял за баща си от чичо си? И ако спрат да посещават чичо си (заради това, че той не прави хелял на баща им) това смята ли се за прекъсване на роднинските връзки?
    Отговор: Има решение на всеки проблем, освен за смъртта (от нея няма избавление).
    Хеляла се приема, дори и след смъртта. Ако например е дълг, дългът е закачен на шията на длъжника, но след опрощаването на дълга, товара отпада, макар и да е след смъртта на длъжника. А ако дългът не му се опрости, наследниците трябва да направят всичко възможно да се изплати дълга (ако е пари – да се върне дължимата сума, ако е имот – да се върне имота или сума, която отговаря на цената на имота). Ако проблема е в стари рани заради обиди или подобни, децата трябва да отидат при чичо им и да му кажат заради Аллах да направи хелял на баща им. Ако той откаже – проблема е негов, защото той ще откаже заради нашепване на шейтана или заради инат (прищевка на нефса). И като за компенсация, децата да правят дуа за доброто на чичо им, и иншаллах Аллах ще опрости на баща им.
    Децата в никакъв случай не трябва да прекъсват роднинските връзки, макар и да имат "причина", въпреки, че няма уважителна причина за прекъсване на роднинските връзки.
    Всевишният Аллах е казал:
    „...и бойте се от Аллах, с Чието име се умолявате един друг, и от [прекъсване на] кръвните родства!“ (4: 1)
    Прекъсването на роднинските връзки е харам. Със сигурност ще им е трудно на въпросните деца, но наградата им е много по-голяма ако посещават чичо си, защото трябва да са търпеливи. Трябва да действат стъпка по стъпка, бавно и постепенно да се сближат. Ако не успеят въпреки това – Аллах им пише награда, заради добрите им намерения и заради това, че са се стараели към сближаването. Но да не се предават лесно. Те да си преценят – те знаят най-добре какви са шансовете.
    И Аллах знае най - добре!
